The enterprises in the park will enjoy the preferential policy offered by EU Economic Development Zone, where Foresight industrial park lies. The preferential policy is as follows:

Preferential Policy for High-tech Enterprises 

Foreign-invested enterprises in the high-tech industry with over 10 years of operation will pay a reduced income tax rate of 15％, effective on the date of recognition of the high-tech status. Foreign-invested advance technology enterprises are exempt from income taxes for a specified period. Enterprises that are still recognized as advance technology enterprises after the full income tax exemption period shall be given a 3-year extension on income taxes payable.
